Construction simulators[edit]
Many titles are construction and management simulation games. Players must construct roller coasters and sometimes other fairground attractions in order to attract visitors to their fairgrounds or otherwise achieve their goals.
Microsoft Office 2001 (Mac) Microsoft Office is a bundle of Microsoft's productivity application. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and later Mail, Office Manager, and Outlook. The '1.x' versions of Microsoft Office were simply a marketing bundle of the standalone products sold together with no other packaging changes.
- 'MacArthur Park' attempts to build a story around a motley bunch of street people who frequent and/or live in the big downtown Los Angeles park. Once the pride of L.A., the park, named after WWII General Douglas MacArthur, is now a marginally maintained place where street people hang out under the watchful eye of the everpresent LAPD.
- To install the Mac Companion Application, download the 'OPN-2001 MAC Companion Application' under software downloads. Open the resulting folder, and run the installer 'Opticon OPN Demo Application.pkg.' Follow the prompts until the installation is complete. Plug the OPN-2001 into the Mac.
- In 2001, Apple released Mac OS X, a modern Unix-based operating system which was later rebranded to simply OS X in 2012, and then macOS in 2016. Its final version was macOS Catalina, as Apple went on to release macOS 11 in 2020. The current version is macOS Big Sur, first released on November 12, 2020.
